When the whole school laughed during his violin recital, the young boy vowed to never play again. That is until the night the moon swallowed his room. So begins one of the stories from author Jessie Wilson's newest work that takes young readers on five adventures of self-discovery. Wilson, a graduate of the Juilliard School, will share from his latest collection, mixing colorful storytelling with lively music. After the performance, Wilson will be available to sign copies of his book. Sat 3 p.m., 5 p.m.
