The Great German Beer Dinner
Rich Higgins, a San Francisco-based master cicerone and Consultant á la Biére, believes beer is a simple pleasure in life and a celebration of taste, time, and agriculture. Join him and Russell's Smoke House's executive chef, Taylor Drew, as they lead guests through German beer-paired dinner. Along with brews, meat will be a feature of the evening including smoked duck, roasted venison, and braised short ribs. Top it all off with marzen beer alongside carrot cake.
