Bear to Make a Difference Gala

In 2002, a group of passionate individuals at the Matthew Shepard Foundation had the idea of auctioning off custom-made teddy bears as a fundraiser. Since then, the event has become the nonprofit's largest annual event, featuring teddy bears from the likes of John Elway, Jon Stewart, and Lady Gaga. Afterwards, the Foundation will present awards to a range of LGBTQ activists. Make your contribution to an organization working to replace hate with understanding, compassion, and acceptance. Sat 5 p.m.
