The Great American Beer Festival Dinner
Christain Debenedetti, author of The Great American Ale Trail, directs craft brew lovers to Central for a beer-paired four-course dinner. Chef Lance Barto will prepare American classics; such as his fall rissotto with Delicata squash, house-cured bacon, spiced pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin oil. Debenedetti will select the accompanying beers from breweries like the Odell Brewing Company and Uinta Brewing. Diners will walk away with a signed copy of Debenedetti's book detailing the best places in the U.S., from dive-bars to brew fests, to find and drink craft beer.
