Fall Nutritional Cleanse
Detoxifying the body is a key component of maintaining health and well-being. This four-week intensive cleanse allows participants to experience the program in a supportive group environment while you learn to: simplify your diet, transform your kitchen, learn to cook healthy and delicious meals, and temporarily eliminate potentially allergenic foods, all while utilizing the power of yoga. The cleanse includes four weekly nutrition classes, education materials and cleanse schedule, shopping lists, a cookbook and cooking demonstrations, help with meal planning, unlimited yoga, and more. Daily, times vary.
