Olive Oil From Spain Restaurant Week
As the world's leading producer of olive oil, Spain has a diverse offering. Denver chefs will highlight unique varietals, such as Picual, Arbequina, and Hojiblanca extra virgin, in dishes created exclusively to highlight the golden-hued liquid. Participating restaurants—Rioja, Olivéa, Solera, and Ondo's— will feature dishes such as Rioja's Dungeness crab roulade served with a Valderrama olive oil or Ondo's cocoa mousse with date crisps and Picual extra virgin olive oil.
