This two-day whole-bison roast brings together the beast and art. Learn about local food production while you explore the connections between food and culture. Events include a bison carving workshop, a vegetarian food pornography film complete with live score, a farm animal showcase, music from B.Sue, a bus tour of Denver's urban food, and a six-course bison feast featuring live music from Stampede.
