We've always known the power of a beer and hot dog combo, but this event elevates food and brew pairings to gourmet heights. A dozen chefs and Colorado breweries have teamed up to satisfy your taste buds. Participants include Troy Guard (TAG) paired with Wit's End Brewing; Sheila Lucero (Jax Fish House Denver) with Funkwerks; and Jensen Cummings (Row 14) with Caution Brewing Company. Each station will have an appetizer served with a two-ounce pour, and everyone walks away with a souvenir tasting glass. The festival is partnering with Diggity, a Denver nonprofit that works to strengthen communities by creating active group events, for a silent auction and raffle. Thu 6-9:30 p.m.
