Wine and Brine: Thanksgiving Tasting
Selecting wine for a holiday can be a little daunting. Most of us strive only to not get it wrong. This year set your sights higher and go for right. The wine, cheese, and meat pros at Cured in Boulder have done the taste testing for us and selected four proper matches. Each bottle has been selected to complement the roast turkey and porchetta they will be serving. Thu 4-7 p.m.
