Epic Ryde Fall Triathlon
Triathlon season may be winding down, but there's still time to get a few last competitions in. Case in point: Epic Ryde's nontraditional take on the three-part race. You'll start with 45 minutes of indoor, instructor-led cycling, then do 45 minutes of TRX (a full-body, suspension-based workout), and finish with a 2.6-mile lap around Sloan's Lake. Participants have a chance to win prizes like a month-long membership to the studio. Sun 8 a.m.Date: Nov 18, 2012 9:00 am
