A film based on the true story of the first African-American combat pilots in the U.S. Army Air Corps. The men experienced prejudice from racist officers and government officials, yet in spite of the opposition, they became some of the finest fighters in American history. The film—originally made for HBO in 1995—is based on the true exploits of a groundbreaking unit that served during World War II. Mon 6 p.m.
