Pop-Up Dinner with Hunter Pritchett
An unlikely pair—Luca D'Italia's Hunter Pritchett and Star Bar's Justin Lloyd—join forces for a seven-course feast. Hosted in one of Denver's favorite dive bars, Pritchett prepares an inventive menu while Lloyd thoughtfully pairs each course with craft brews or beer-based cocktails. Start the evening off with a beer-based punch followed by courses such as tartare of venison with horseradish and beef tendon paired with a Avery Brewing Company's Tsar Stout and Leopold Bros.-infused cocktail.
