International Snow Sculpture Championships

Seeking inspiration to improve those simple snowmen and ice caves? Catch the finale of the outdoor ice gala, where artists from around the world have been chipping away at 12-foot high ice blocks with hand tools—we’re talking carrot scrapers and chicken wire. Complex sculpture themes range from Emu eggs that represent nature’s simultaneous beauty and strength to cubist sculptures honoring Picasso. Soups Cooking Class

From basic stocks to finished soups, chef Craig Dixon, of Cafe Options, guides the class in the art of the ultimate winter staple. Participate in a hands-on class, preparing scratch-soups themselves, followed by tasting their creations. Perhaps, even take some of that tastey soup home, along with all of the night's recipes. Proceeds benefit Work Options for Women. Tue 6-8 p.m.

Instead of helpful visions, the ghost of his late, pesterous, first wife is uncovered. She returns to provoke his current marriage and swoon him into the afterlife.
