A chef's dinner is an opportunity for a kitchen's top toque to put their skills to the test in creating a truly memorable meal. On this night, executive chef Patrik Landberg's simple yet refined European cuisine has the spotlight. His classic dishes get an innovative twist when cooked in a high-heat Bincho (Japanese-style) charcoal kiln, resulting in simultaneously crisp and tender meats and veggies.

These perennially well-coiffed rock icons have been filling arenas since the ’80s, and are now on the road to  promote their 12th album, What About Now, released in March. The disc's tracks are classic Jovi: frontman Jon Bon Jovi's instantly recognizable vocals are the cherry atop uplifting riffs and thumping drums, all showcased on single "Because We Can."
