Need a good excuse to indulge? How about a charity event—in the form of a six-course wine-paired dinner and after-party—benefiting Brent's Place, a organization providing safe housing for children with cancer and their families. On top of giving to a great cause, guests will enjoy incredible fare (duck carnitas, smoked Colorado goat chorizo and escolar, salted dulce de leche filled chocolate chili cake, and more) prepared by Denver's top chefs including Troy Guard of TAG, Alex Seidel of Fruition, and Jamey Fader of Lola.

Choreographed by David Taylor, this educational performance blends dance and narration to engage young ones and sheds light on the layers of the rainforest. Wed 7 p.m.
