Don't try to corral guitarist Bill Frisell’s music into one genre. This Denver native’s country, rock, and jazz guitar riffs and melodies reveal a playfulness keen to impromptu musical happenings. In-between breezy improvs, expect to hear a variety of tracks from Frisell’s expansive discography of more than 40 albums where he has collaborated with artists like Elvis Costello and Bono. Mon-Tue 6:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m.

The Gaslight Anthem

Drawing constant comparisons to Bruce Springsteen is a pretty heavy burden. Luckily, this alt-rock quartet’s sweeping, relatable anthems and blue-collar New Jersey pedigree have made the Boss proud—Springsteen joined the band onstage during a show in their shared home state in 2011. Gaslight Anthem’s newest album, last year’s Handwritten, continues in that rugged tradition with more high-energy fuel for fist pumping and sing-alongs, evidenced by tracks like “Howl” and “45.” Mon 8 p.m.
