Finally, a triathlon you don't need to train for. A bicycle cruise along the river kicks off the event before transitioning into stage two: the flip-flop stroll. If you have enough energy, the day's final task is a short tube float to the finish line. Proceeds benefit the town of Glenwood Springs in their efforts to maintain the beautiful Roaring Fork River. Sat 11 a.m.

This acoustic folk-pop singer (real name: Dallas Green) is a three-time JUNO Award-winner (the Canadian equivalent of the Grammys), twice nabbing the trophy for Songwriter of the Year. He could claim a third title for his new album, The Hurry and the Harm, set for a June release. At this live radio show taping, expect to hear delicate guitar strumming and Green’s airy-but-strong voice croon emotive tunes. German/Swiss pop duo BOY will open. Mon 7 p.m.
