Cyclists take a scenic and challenging 106-mile century ride through and around Front Range landmarks and mountain towns. The total elevation gain for this route is approximately 10,000 feet and includes a climb up Squaw Pass. Sat 6 a.m. 


Colorado Park 2 Park Challenge

Cycle from Denver to Winter Park along one of Colorado's most scenic routes. Starting at City Park, you'll trek past Lookout Mountain, past Boettcher Mansion and Buffalo Herd overlook, and up Squaw Pass to Echo Lake. This social ride is 96 miles long and gains 10,117 vertical feet. Sat 7 a.m.

Celestial Seasonings B Strong Ride

Get on your bike and help commemorate cancer survivors. This inspirational ride benefits local cancer-related groups, including the Boulder Community Hospital Center for Integrative Care and the George Karl Foundation. Choose a route for your skill level—the 69-mile mountain loop, the more moderate 24-mile jaunt through farmland, or the kids' one-mile lap—then refuel with food and live music. Sat, times vary.

KEEN Vail Kids Adventure Race

Neon Splash Dash

This 5K is half foot race, half paint party. Runners are blasted with neon paint along the course, which ends in a blacklight-illuminated after-party. Stick around for the post-race concert. Sat 8 p.m.

17th Annual National Juried Fine Arts Exhibition and Sale

Mallets for Melanoma

According to the American Cancer Society, more than 76,000 people are expected to be diagnosed with melanoma this year. Recognizing a need for melanoma research and localized funding in Denver, Dr. Tyler Vukmer founded the Colorado Melanoma Foundation.
