Learn to navigate the world of fish. This hands-on cooking class will teach you how to include seafood in appetizers, salads, and entrées with recipes such as pasta vongole (with clams) and tuna a la Provencal (with garlic, tomatoes, and olive oil). After cooking, participants will sit down together enjoying the dishes created with a glass of wine. Tue 6-9:30 p.m.
