Barolo Wine Dinner
Experience the soul of Piedmont. A region in northern Italy, known for its traditional cuisine, Piedmont provides inspiration for this five-course, wine-paired dinner. Local wine importer, Steve Lewis, will discuss each glass of Mauro Molino winery's Barolo wine as they are presented. Start the evening off with an antipasto platter followed by rabbit risotto with Hazel Dell mushrooms, peas, carrots, and Piemontese triple cream La Tur cheese paired with a glass of Barbera d'Alba.
