The Motet will grace the stage for Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom’s 10^th anniversary bash. The band—which has played at the venue’s annual parties three times before—blends jazz, afrobeat, funk, salsa, and samba with alluring rhythms in songs such as “Kalakuta Show” and “Dig Deep.” To help celebrate, special guests the Will Bernard Trio, Dominic Lalli from Big Gigantic, and AfroZep will make appearances. Fri 8 p.m.; Sat 8 p.m.
