Thin Spandex bibs won't cut it for this race. Pile on the layers for the Copper Mountain night mountain bike race. The two-lap, 10-mile circuit is boable for every bike, from your typical trail rider to a giant-tire snow bike. The race is open to everyone, but bike lights and helmets are a must. If your knobby tires are already hung up for the winter, it's worth a trip just to watch riders tackle snow hills, a stair climb, and an ice rink ride. Sat 6 p.m.
