From basic stocks to finished soups, chef Craig Dixon, of Cafe Options, guides the class in the art of the ultimate winter staple. Participate in a hands-on class, preparing scratch-soups themselves, followed by tasting their creations. Perhaps, even take some of that tastey soup home, along with all of the night's recipes.
