Tempt your taste buds with ripe vegetables and fresh seafood. A menu inspired by the flavors of Chile will be whipped up by Front Range chefs Jamey Fader of Lola, Brett Smith of Zolo Southwestern Grill, and Ian Clark of Centro Latin Kitchen & Refreshment Palace. Each dish will be paired with distinctive red wines from one the region's top producers.
