This culinary festival offers a new twist on après ski. Daily tastings—held at unique locations around the resort—pair food with drink, and fit into one of three overarching categories: food (themes like seafood, chocolate, or barbeque); wine (California reds, bubbles, or a taste of Italy); or beer and spirits (port tasting, single malt Scotch, Colorado beers). This weekend's lineup is all about wine, such as Friday's "Tour of Napa Valley" wine tasting held at the Alpenglow Stube. Daily 4:30 p.m.
