You know you're in for a delicious evening when the food and booze are coming from Top Chef winner Hosea Rosenberg (pictured) and Denver's Infinite Monkey Theorem Winery. For $25, you'll be treated to hors d’oeuvres—and a demo—from Rosenberg, vino, and live music. Just don't forget to wear blue: The event is a kick-off for National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, and proceeds go toward providing additional colorectal cancer screenings across the state.
