The Art of Sushi
Learn how to slice and roll sushi at home with this instructional class. Chef Shaun Motoda provides step-by-step instruction in creating a variety of sushi styles, including handrolls (cone-shaped), maki (rolls), nigiri (fish on top of rice), and futomaki (Japanese for "fat roll").
