Cutting Edge Workshop
A solid foundation in cooking starts with the knife. This hands-on knife skills class focuses on technique—from the proper way to hold a knife to executing a fine julienne—as you prepare dinner. Participants will hone their slicing skills while preparing a roasted vegetable medley, sweet potatoes with a honey cinnamon glaze, chicken fajitas with a basil-parsley pesto, and more. Wed 6:30-9:30 p.m.
