Hailing from Caracas, Venezuela, this veteran dance-music troupe relocated to New York in 2001, bringing with it a signature sound that sends guitar-driven funk, pop, and groove through a filter of traditional Latin music. Dance along with the onstage crew to upbeat tracks from most recent full-length, Commercial—which earned a Latin Grammy for Best Alternative Album in 2009—during the troupe’s lively stage show full of bongos, maracas, keyboards, and a steady stream of handclaps.
