Spirit of Sailing Gala

Hoist your tenor of sailing from the boat to the ball with the Spirit of Sailing Gala. Between hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and cocktails, converse with fellow sailors and enjoy the silent auction. Greet the ceremony’s special guests: author and devoted sailor, Nicholas Hayes and the 2012 Paralympics medalist, U.S. Sailing’s 2012 Yachtswoman of the Year, and author Jennifer French. Plus, don’t miss the presentation of the 2013 Spirit of Sailing Award. Proceeds benefit Community Sailing of Colorado, a local Denver nonprofit devoted to promoting and organizing youth sailing programs. Sat 6-9 p.m.
