Be sure to pick his brain during the Q&A session for tips on mastering your own culinary-minded green thumb. The tour will include hors d' oeuvres including a seasonal tart, burrata with confit tomatoes and focaccia, cured arctic char, and house-made duck sausage along with a choice of cocktail.
