Follow a trail of plates towards a bright future for Denver women. More than a dozen of Colorado's finest female chefs (think Jennifer Janski of Rioja, Euclid Hall, and Bistro Vendome and Mary Nguyen of Parallel Seventeen and Street Kitchen Asian Bistro) will churn out bite-size eats to support and celebrate Work Options for Women, a nonprofit that educates low-income women on the restaurant industry to break the cycle of poverty.
