Oil derricks, brazen lights, and ground-pumped chemicals: The reality of well sites is brought to life through expressionist oil paintings. This anthology, created by Colorado artist Rebecca Tolle, portrays the state’s altering landscape, and begs the public to examine drilling practices and the environmental impact of what humans leave behind. For a chance to meet Tolle and tap into her techniques, join the painting demonstration on Friday or Saturday's wine and cheese reception. Fri 11 a.m.- 5 p.m., 6:30-7:30 p.m.; Sat 11 a.m.- 5 p.m., 6-9 p.m.; Sun 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
