Elephant Rock Cycling Festival
Roll through the beautiful areas around Castle Rock to welcome back Colorado cycling season in style. Riders can choose between 32-, 62-, or 100-mile road routes. Also available are an eight-mile family ride and a 27-mile off-roader that circles around the nearby hills and canyons. Participants have the option of camping out at the fairgrounds with fellow bikers for a post-race party. A BBQ lunch, festival T-shirt, and a goodie bag are just some of the included rewards. Proceeds from the festival benefit several local nonprofit organizations like the American Transplant Foundation and the Colorado Neurological Institute. Sun 5:30 a.m.Date: Jun 2, 2013 4:30 am
