Epic Women's Wellness Day
Sundays used to be good for lounging around—until now. This ladies-only affair is focused on exploring various methods to sustain a long and healthy life. The full day event includes a one-hour yoga class and a one-hour cycling session, as well as a nutritious lunch and snacks. Five different seminars—including Healthy Eating 101 and Benefits of Yoga—are open to inspire registrants to keep their body and mind in peak form.
