Whisky (& Beer) Dinner
Fourth of July success story: fireworks and a full belly. First, head to Wynkoop Brewing Company for a four-course dinner—where each dish is paired with whisky and a brew. "King of Spirits" and Denver local Robert Sickler will be on hand to walk you through the tastings as you dig into black-pepper barbecue quail, sage cornbread pudding, and more. Andy Brown, Wynkoop's chief brewer, will also be around to talk about the brewery's concoctions. After you've had your fill, head outside to watch the fireworks show over Coors Field. Thu 6:30 p.m.
