The farm-to-table trend is being remixed with a new program spearheaded by local chefs and restaurateurs. Part of a collaborative effort to help flood-ravaged Boulder County farms, all proceeds from this five-course dinner (during which you'll be tempted with beef carpaccio, caramelized scallops, and more) will be donated to the Front Range Farm Relief Fund. Specialty paired wines from Natural Wine Company round out the local focus. Tue 6:30 p.m.
