The weather might not have cooperated for this past weekend’s 11th annual Five Points Jazz Festival, but that did little to hold back the crowds. Shut down to traffic, Welton Street, between 26th and 30th, was packed with lovers of jazz, blues, brews, and good food as more than 30 bands performed on eight different stages throughout the afternoon. Festival-goers wandered between booths and carts sporting everything from turkey legs to fanny packs and colorful woven jewelry. Bummed you missed out on the fun? Don’t worry. The festival returns next year, on the third Saturday of May. In the meantime, you can live vicariously through our slide show.
