Bring your appetite to this six-course dinner made by some of the finest cooks in Colorado. Six chefs from Larkspur, Frasca Food and Wine, Boxcar Restaurant and Bar, Black Cat Farm Table Bistro, and River and Woods will each create one appetizer and one main course. The evening kicks off with a cocktail reception replete with hors d’oeuvre made at live chef stations, followed by a sit-down dinner with entrees plus wine pairings. Proceeds benefit the James Beard Foundation, a nonprofit culinary organization.
