This free yoga class welcomes practitioners of all skill levels. Barre3, a mix of ballet barre, yoga, and pilates, combines movements that focus on creating strong core muscles and balance. The class is led by instructor and studio owner Katie Heaps, a barre3 devotee since 2012. Thu 1:30-2:30 p.m.
