To celebrate this year's Beaujolais wine release, Gelman's chef Thomas Connolly serves a four-course wine pairing menu. Start off with roasted beet salad. Then try poached Maine lobster and grilled beef tenderloin. A Beaujolais is paired with each course. Mon 5-10 p.m.
