Pining for a fresh salad in the sizzling summer weather? Chef Andrew Lubatty shows you how to elevate simple salads into gourmet main dishes. On the menu: shrimp cobb salad with red-wine vinaigrette, chicken-and-artichoke salad with honey-Dijon dressing, Chinese-chopped salad with sesame vinaigrette, pepper-roasted beef Caesar with focaccia croutons, and duck salad with Thai peanut noodles. Thu 6:30-9:30 p.m.
