Denver’s own Tender Belly pork is on the menu (prepared by chef Matt Kender) so guests can feast on roasted pork with housemade IPA barbecue sauce, smoked mac and cheese, and red ale baked beans, while sipping on a Blood Orange IPA or Stringbender Saison. Enjoy live tunes from country-blues musician Sawmill Joe of Denver. Bonus: If you wear red, white, and blue, you get a sweet surprise from the brewery.
