Focus on summer vegetables during a seasonal, multi-course dinner prepared with hand-picked ingredients fresh from the garden. Chef Hosea Rosenberg and his culinary team will prepare the farm-fresh meal, and staffers from the Boulder County Arts Alliance will be serving beer and wine. All proceeds from alcohol sales will benefit the BCAA, which works to stimulate and sustain arts programs in Boulder County. Wed 6-9 p.m.
