As part of the Source’s culinary Pop-up Series, Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal will pour cocktails and spirits at this one-of-a-kind tasting. Join mezcal expert Evan Meeker from Del Maguey and RiNo Yacht Club’s beverage director McLain Hedges as they teach you about different varieties and share delicious cocktail recipes. To make sure you don’t have an empty stomach, chef Theo Adley from the Squeaky Bean will dish up freshly shucked oysters and raw bar bites as well as mole negro oaxaqueño. Sat 7-9 p.m.
