In honor of April’s sustainability-focused holiday, teach your tiny tree huggers how to be better stewards of our natural surroundings. Attendees of this environmental celebration can listen to nature-related stories, get their faces painted with earth-themed designs, and hang out with winged and reptile friends brought by the wildlife nonprofit Nature’s Educators. Your blossoming hippies can also visit hands-on, educational stations hosted by groups such as Denver Water to learn a trick or two about protecting our planet.
