Learn how to make (and taste!) delicious, easy-to-mature cheeses like chèvre, fromage blanc, feta, ricotta, mozzarella, and queso fresco before exploring creative ways to package them for gift-giving. If you’re less into edibles, come ready to make several varieties of your own handmade, milk-based soaps and go home with a variety of three different, sample-sized creations. Lunch for day one will be catered and on-site, while day two attendees can expect to celebrate their creations at Cheese Importers.
