When prominent local chefs come together to create a six-course meal, the results are bound to be delicious. For this gourmet dinner, Brett Smith of the Post Brewing Company, Hosea Rosenberg of Blackberry Market, and other guest cooks will craft a menu including lobster consomme served with oyster mushroom flan as well as crispy pork belly served with smoked corn. Wash each course down with beers from the Post Brewing Company and Bru Handbuilt Ales & Eats while enjoying tunes played by pianist Adam Bodine. Proceeds benefit the Autism Society of Boulder County and the Jack Ferrigno Send a Kid to Camp Grant, a fund used to help developmentally challenged children attend confidence-building camps.
