Listening to a bearded folk singer on the lawn of a modern art museum while munching on artisan ice cream sandwiches—does it get more hipster than that? This New York-born singer-songwriter—acclaimed by NPR for his “soulful, gravelly thunder”—is the latest act in the anniversary concert series at Denver’s six-year-old indie darling of an art space. Between humming and snacking along (or sipping along with beers courtesy of Baere Brewing Co.), be sure to pop into the museum: Admission is free during the concert.
