With the wealth of beer-pairing dinners throughout Denver during the week of Great American Beer Festival, it can be hard to choose which one to attend. We’ll make it easy for you: Pick this one. Seven chefs—from London foodie favorite Tomos Parry and Top Chef alum John Tesar to Mercantile’s own Alex Seidel—will create the five-course menu, including dishes such as smoked scallop and potato gnocchi. Three breweries (Boston’s Trilium and California’s Russian River and Sante Adarius) will supply the perfectly paired beers. All you have to bring is an appetite.
